Our Design services include:

Residential & Commercial design.

Corbwell provide full pre-design services including site selection, site planning & development through to full design services including conceptual design, schematic design and detailed design for both residential and commercial projects.

Planning applications/appeals.

Corbwell have extensive experience in preparing, coordinating, lodging and monitoring planning applications for both residential and commercial planning applications. Corbwell will also provide advice for planning appeals.

Fire Safety Certificates.

Fire Safety Certificate applications are required for all commercial projects and form a necessary part of Building Regulation compliance. It is a crucial pre-construction stage and should ideally be done prior to tender so as to address potentially costly design implications.

Programming.

The biggest cause of delay on any project is poor planning and/or lack of communication. At Corbwell we put in place a detailed schedule of activities at the beginning, and monitoring it as we go, we will ensure that critical decisions are made in time so that the project runs smoothly. By doing this we will be able to reduce the time taken to complete the project, hence saving you money.
