House in Ballymanagh

Inspired by the concept of the traditional Irish stone wall & creating a major contemporary design feature in this dwelling in Ballymanagh. The wall is also used to assist in shading for the summer months whilst also creating a strong connection between the 2 building forms.

The clients wanted to be able to admire and enjoy the outdoor spaces whilst also incorporating them as part of the interior, therefore the architects designed both levels to benefit from outdoor connections using through floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

This dream home design has minimalist interior design with open space floor plan to maximize the access to surrounding beautiful scenery.
