The house, located in Summerhill, consists of a south facing open plan kitchen, living dining area with 6m sliding doors opening out onto a landscaped patio area, meaning these spaces are filled with natural light which was so important to our clients. There are also benefits from natural solar gains throughout the day by means of the expansive window openings. The upper floor consists of 4 bedrooms, one being a master bedroom with large closet and ensuite.
