Our client’s brief was to maximise the dwelling area for living and storage spaces by developing the attic space into bedrooms and adding an extension to rear and side of this end of terrace townhouse dwelling at Glenard, Co. Galway. Muted tone interiors along with new large windows fill the house with natural light. This house is has low energy rating due to maximising new technologies to bring the existing dwelling to close to passive house standards.
